Siri Fort Sports Complex

Siri Fort Sports Complex is one of its kinds in India. It will host Badminton and Squash events of Delhi 2010. The sprawling acres are surrounded by lush green lawns and a mini-forest. Siri Fort Sports Complex was first inaugurated on 29 March 1989 to offer facilities of different sports to South Delhi residents. It is located near the historic Siri fort (now in ruins) built by Sultan Alauddin Khalji in 1303 A.D.

By Metro
    Spectators may avail of Delhi Metro services from any part of Delhi NCR to reach the following stations and thereafter avail the shuttle service to the venue:
  • Moolchand Metro Station to Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Sadiq Nagar drop-off point by shuttle service and from there Venue Gate (Number 2) - 50 metres
  • Green Park Metro Station to Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Sadiq Nagar drop-off point by shuttle service and from there Venue Gate (Number 2) - 50 metres
  • Hauz Khas Metro Station to Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Sadiq Nagar drop-off point by shuttle service and from there Venue Gate (Number 2) - 50 metres
Park and Walk
    Spectators can park their vehicles at the following parking areas and walk down to the venue:
  • Central School, Sadiq Nagar to Venue Gate (Number 2) - 100 metres
  • Open ground behind Central School, Sadiq Nagar to Venue Gate (Number 2) – 200 metres
  • Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Sadiq Nagar to Venue Gate (Number 2) – 50 metres
Shuttle Drop-off Point
Spectators who avail of the shuttle service can disembark at Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Sadiq Nagar and walk down a distance of 50 metres to the Venue Gate (Number 2).
